If you are looking for a secluded getaway to spend time with your family or friends and enjoy year round outdoor recreation in the mountains of Colorado, then our home is perfect for you. Accommodations: Our townhome can accommodate 10 people in 2240 sq. ft. of fully furnished living space that includes 3 bedrooms, a loft, and 3½ baths. The main level includes a fully stocked kitchen with a stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and full size refrigerator; a dining area with a table that seats 10 people; a living room with a pullout sofa and a gas fireplace, and a ½ bath. The upper level has a master suite with a king size bed, walk-in closet, full bath and a washer/dryer. There are two additional bedrooms on the upper level, each with a queen bed, and second full bath. There is a loft above the upper level that has two full size beds and is accessible via a spiral staircase. The lower level has an additional room, with a futon, that could be used as a fourth bedroom, and a full bath. Location: Our home is located in Frisco, Colorado, 93 miles (150 km) west of Denver International Airport on Interstate 70. Parking: There is an attached heated garage that can accommodate one midsize or smaller car. The garage will not accommodate SUVs. Parking for one vehicle is also available in the driveway. Visitor parking spaces are available for additional vehicles. Recreation: The backyard borders the Dillon Reservoir Recreation Area and there is easy access to paved bike paths. It is a short walk to Lake Dillon for kayaking, paddle boarding or fishing in the summer and fall. In the winter there are six ski mountains within a short drive by car: Copper Mountain 10 minutes, Keystone and Breckenridge 20 minutes, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland and Vail 30 minutes. The Frisco Nordic Center, Frisco Adventure Park and Frisco Bay Marina are only 5 minutes away. Relaxation: The back patio has a private 4-person outdoor hot tub and a propane grill. There is no clubhouse. Linens and Maid Service: The home will be cleaned and stocked with bed and bath linens and supplies prior to your arrival.
